The Partner Integration Specialist is responsible for leading the end to end onboarding and technical integration process for strategic partners across Spanish speaking countries from the CPG and Ecommerce verticals.This role combines technical expertise, project management, and partner facing communication. The specialist will present the available integration methods, guide partners in selecting the best fit for their operational model, and execute the full integration process until all success metrics are achieved and the account is ready to transition to Technical Account Management.
You will play a key role in ensuring high quality implementations, predictable timelines, and healthy operational and technical performance for all integrations under your scope.
As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
Integration Execution & Technical Ownership
Lead end to end technical onboarding for partners from kick-off to go live following Rappi's standardized integration processes.
Explain and recommend integration alternatives based on partner capabilities and Rappi requirements.
Manage and configure integrations using API endpoints, understanding their structure, payloads, data flows, authentication tokens, and error handling.
Implement SFTP file exchanges for real time updates.
Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting throughout the integration lifecycle.
Monitor integration health metrics and ensure partners meet operational quality thresholds before handover.
Act as the main point of contact for partners during the onboarding phase, ensuring clear communication and alignment on requirements, timelines, and expectations.
Coordinate internally with Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial/Partner Success, Catalog, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless implementations.
Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to technical standards.

Technical Skills Required
Strong understanding of REST APIs:
Ability to interpret API documentation, understand request/response structures, manage authentication tokens, map data fields, and use tools like Postman for testing and implementation.
SFTP integrations:
Ability to configure and validate automated file exchanges and scheduled data flows.
SQL is a must:
Ability to write and run queries to validate data, troubleshoot integrations, and monitor partner performance.
Tools:
Postman, Jira, Confluence, Kissflow, Snowflake, Redash.
Intermediate English (reading documentation + partner/internal communication) and native Spanish.
Soft Skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with both technical and commercial audiences.
Strong project ownership mindset: accountable for timelines, quality, and partner satisfaction.
Analytical and detail oriented approach to problem solving.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable steps for non technical partners.
High sense of urgency and ability to operate in fast paced environments.
