What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a
Technical Support Specialist
who is passionate about technology and client success. The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, analytical, and comfortable working in fast-paced, international environments. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a client-oriented mindset, and the ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teams to deliver secure authentication solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Studying and mastering the operation of our authentication software products
  • Deploying, configuring, and testing our platforms in internal test environments
  • Analysing and reproducing production incidents
  • Planning, executing, and coordinating integration activities with clients and internal multidisciplinary teams (R&D, Operations, IT, Project Managers)
  • Participating in internal and client project progress meetings
  • Supporting and answering client questions related to product operation, integration, and testing
  • Training clients and support teams before production go-live
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of integration methods and tools (writing/updating internal documentation, developing automation scripts, sharing team feedback)
  • Escalating issues to Level 3 support (R&D development teams) and producing clear status summaries
  • Defining and executing end-to-end resolution plans
  • Providing expert support and/or on-call assistance outside business hours in case of critical incidents

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux and Shell scripting
  • Experience with Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, Firewalls, Proxies, WAF, and cryptography concepts
  • Experience with Web Services and RESTful JSON APIs
  • Familiarity with Docker and Git
  • Exposure to AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of Ansible and/or Terraform
  • Experience with JBoss and Java
  • Familiarity with Jira, Bitbucket, JMeter, Postman, Confluence, and Jenkins
  • Understanding of PSD2 regulations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
