Buscamos un
Leasing & Move-In Specialist

, alguien con mentalidad comercial, empatía y precisión operativa, capaz de garantizar una experiencia impecable para cada nuevo residente.

Tu trabajo será conectar personas con hogares, asegurando que cada proceso —desde la validación hasta el move-in— sea ágil, claro y confiable.

Lo que harás

  • Validar aplicaciones y documentación cumpliendo políticas de elegibilidad.
  • Coordinar contratos, depósitos y fechas de move-in sin errores.
  • Asegurar que cada propiedad esté lista para entrega y comunicarte con residentes y equipos internos.
  • Medir tus resultados: tiempos, conversiones y satisfacción.

Lo que buscamos

  • 1+ año de experiencia

en leasing, atención comercial o property management.
- Inglés B2 o superior

(oral y escrito).
- Manejo de
CRM inmobiliarios

(Rentvine, AppFolio o similares).
- Enfoque en servicio, atención al detalle y mentalidad de mejora continua.

Lo que ofrecemos

  • Compensación base:

USD
comisiones por resultados.
- Modalidad:

Híbrida (Bogotá) o 100 % remota si resides fuera de Bogotá.
- Contrato:

Prestación de servicios.
- Horario:

Lunes a viernes (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST) y sábados (8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.).
