We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Administrator to support our growing real estate portfolio. This is a full-time remote role based in Colombia, ideal for a bilingual professional (English/Spanish) with proven experience in property management.

The successful candidate will play a key role in day-to-day administrative operations, tenant relations, lease administration, maintenance coordination, compliance, and reporting. There is also potential for involvement in accounting-related tasks depending on experience and background .

Key Responsibilities

Property & Lease Administration


• Manage leases, addendums, renewals, rent increases, warranty deeds, and insurance documentation


• Prepare move-in and move-out documents


• Assist with court-related documentation in coordination with internal team members


• Ensure accurate organization and maintenance of tenant and property records

Tenant & Customer Support


• Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries and concerns


• Provide information regarding leases, properties, and services


• Deliver high-quality customer service to tenants, property owners, and vendors

Maintenance & Vendor Coordination


• Receive and process maintenance requests and support tickets


• Create and manage work orders, scheduling repairs and follow-ups


• Coordinate with vendors and contractors and track job completion

Listings & Marketing Support


• Manage property listings through Buildium and


• Upload and organize property photos


• Create and manage leads, prospects, and applicants


• Assist with marketing and advertising initiatives

Data Management & Reporting


• Maintain accurate property and tenant data in property management software


• Generate reports related to occupancy, rent rolls, and financials


• Perform general administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry

Compliance & Scheduling


• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies


• Coordinate property showings, inspections, and access (lockboxes, scheduling)

Financial & Accounting Support (Optional)


• Follow up on past-due balances and assist with rent-related tracking
