ABOUT THE ROLE The Pre-Match Monitor is responsible for adding, adjusting, and monitoring the pre-match sportsbook offer across multiple sports and regions. The role focuses on ensuring a high-quality pre-match betting offer, effective risk management, and alignment with the company's bookmaking strategy, contributing directly to sportsbook KPIs. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Create, adjust, and monitor pre-match odds across sports to maintain a high-standard betting offer.
  • Monitor risk exposure and market movements, adjusting prices in line with company strategy and market dynamics.
  • Identify and resolve pricing anomalies, data issues, and offer inconsistencies in the sportsbook.
  • Compile and maintain special odds and tailored markets for a variety of sports events.
  • Ensuring pricing integrity and offer quality.
  • Support competitor analysis through data collection and market benchmarking.
  • Assist in the testing and validation of new betting features, back-office tools, and third-party provider integrations.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
  • Solid understanding of sports.
  • Strong ability to make data-driven decisions and apply innovative, solution-oriented thinking in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to different team dynamics and collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Excellent listening and learning skills
  • Comfortable in a desk-based, high-focus role
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills written in English
  • Tolerance to work under pressure
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Competent in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
  • Proactive and self-driven approach
  • Sharp focus and concentration
  • Strong sense of ownership and commitment
  • Openness to receiving and providing constructive feedback
  • Brazilian nationality, Portuguese language skills, or proven knowledge and experience in the Brazilian sports betting market are a strong plus.

Salary range (role reference): $3,400,000 – $3,800,000 COP.
This range reflects the market reference for the role. Compensation for internal candidates will be assessed individually, considering current level, role scope, performance, and internal equity.
