We are looking for a Bilingual Accounting assistant in Medellín

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the accountant of our company
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Record payroll, depreciation, and accruals.
  • Prepare Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
  • File federal and state tax returns (IRS and local).
  • Post adjusting entries and reconciliations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in public accounting
  • Experience: 1 or 2 years of experience.
  • Must: Advanced level of English, both oral and written (B2/C1).
  • Prefered:Knowledge of US GAAPS, Advanced excel.

Skills:

Excellent Attention to detail and proactive problem solving

Conditions:

Location: Medellín, Colombia (100% on-site)

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Contract: Indefinite term

Salary: To be agreed upon based on experience.
