Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage legal cases.
- Request, review, and organize legal documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain and update legal databases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Advanced English level (B2/C1), both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in similar roles (legal assistant, back office, etc.).
Core Competencies:
- Proactivity and strong sense of responsibility.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and task planning abilities.
Job Conditions:
Location: Medellín, Colombia (100% on-site)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Contract type: Permanent (Indefinite term)
Salary: To be discussed
