Reinsurance Broker – Public Sector

We are looking for a motivated Reinsurance Broker to join our team, working with public sector clients and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). In this role, you will use your knowledge of insurance and reinsurance markets to help develop placement solutions that meet client needs. You will support the implementation of placement strategies to help grow the business and provide excellent service to our clients. Building strong relationships with insurance markets, clients, carriers, and underwriters will be key to your success. Your work will contribute to managing risks and insurance programs across Latin America and the Caribbean. This position is based in
Mexico City (Torre Mayor)
and is a hybrid role who needs to be 3 days at the office.

We will count on you to:

• Use your understanding of risk and the insurance industry to help create placement solutions tailored to client needs.
• Support the placement strategy to help achieve growth targets and deliver great client service.
• Assist in developing go-to-market approaches and explain the value of the placement function.
• Help prepare coverage submissions and obtain quotes from carriers using the assist, advise, and assume transaction model.
• Bind coverage and ensure placement binders are accurate.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with practice groups, insurance markets, clients, carriers, and underwriters to provide seamless client service.
• Keep clients informed about changes in insurance and risk management markets that may affect their coverage.
• Work closely with client teams to support client retention and new business opportunities.
• Support placement and technical activities on assigned accounts, including ensuring compliance, reviewing data, updating renewal documents, and maintaining accurate records.
• Communicate clearly with management about client issues or trends and help develop solutions.
• Use your analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate projects and create tailored solutions through data research and analysis.

Este es un rol híbrido que requiere trabajar al menos tres días a la semana en la oficina. Este puesto se enfoca en la gestión de tesorería, incluyendo el procesamiento de estados de cuenta, la preparación de cobranza y la realización de transacciones bancarias. El candidato será responsable de mantener relaciones con bancos y asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas de tesorería. Contaremos contigo para:

• Procesar diario de estados de cuenta a detalle.

• Preparación diaria de cobranza (captura manual a excel)
• Elaboración de posición bancaria diaria.
• Realizar transacciones bancarias diarias adheridas a la poltica de tesorería.
• Pagos por medio de Oracle Payments.
• Carga de pagos manuales en diversas monedas.
• Aclaraciones bancarias y/o de beneficiarios, relación con bancos.
• Soporte y auditoria en México y Latino América.
• Responsable de apertura de cuentas, bajas de cuentas y rotación de cuentas.
• Mantenimiento y soporte a plataformas electrónicas y cuentas bancarias.
• Manejo de múltiples entidades, países y cuentas bancarias.
• Creación de cash Flow mensual.

Qué necesitas tener?

• Licenciatura en Contabilidad o Administración.
• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en tesorería
• Conocimiento sólido de estados de cuentas bancarias.
• Dominio de inglés intermedio.
• Experiencia practica con software Oracle Payments.
• Excel avanzado.
• Conocimiento de SWIFT y MT940.
• Disponibilidad inmediata.
