Cargo: Customer Service Specialist

Ubicación: Presencial – #Medellín

Horario:

Lunes a viernes: 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Algunos días: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. / 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Fines de semana libres

Responsabilidades principales:

Atender llamadas telefónicas de manera profesional y eficiente

Brindar asistencia a clientes en compras en línea

Resolver dudas y problemas asegurando la satisfacción del cliente

Colaborar con el equipo para mantener altos estándares de servicio

Importante: No se gestionan chats, solo llamadas y correos electrónicos

Requisitos:

Inglés B2+

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente

Experiencia previa en atención al cliente

Flexibilidad horaria y actitud proactiva

Capacidad para resolver problemas de forma autónoma
