Bilingual Client Service Representation Specialist (Bilingual in Spanish & English)

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, Full-Time position, PDT/PST Office Hours

About the role

  • Build strong client relationships through friendly and professional phone and email communication
  • Conduct follow-ups to gather documents, clarify financial information, and maintain case progress
  • Assist in the preparation of IRS financial forms and organize client case files
  • Track and update client records, case notes, and deadlines in our database
  • Collaborate closely with the Representation and Client Services teams
  • Translate and interpret for Spanish-speaking clients when needed
  • Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism

About you

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken), required
  • Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, preferred
  • 2-3 years experience in customer service or administrative support in a legal, financial, or mortgage seƫng may be substituted for degree
  • 1+ year of professional phone-based client service experience
  • Excellent verbal and wriƩen communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
