* Conduct research and resolve client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate solutions.
* Appropriately escalate complex issues for clients and participants, following our standard
operating procedures.
* Participate in customer service training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills,
enabling you to deliver exceptional support.
