- Schedule may vary based on business needs (e.g. 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST).

Role Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with experience in Property & Casualty insurance to support daily customer service operations. This role will be responsible for handling policy-related requests, providing assistance to insured clients, and ensuring accurate processing of insurance transactions while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily customer service support for insurance clients.
- Process policy endorsements, changes, and updates.
- Assist with insurance payments and billing-related inquiries.
- Issue certificates of insurance as requested.
- Handle policy modifications in accordance with carrier guidelines.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and/or internal systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Deliver professional, timely, and customer-focused service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Property & Casualty insurance customer service.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, endorsements, and policy servicing.
- Insurance training certificate and/or active insurance license (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced English level (spoken and written).
Work Setup Requirements:
To perform this role effectively, you must have:
- A quiet home office space to work optimally.
- A stable internet connection (minimum 100 MB).
- A laptop/desktop with updated software.
- A secondary backup internet option to ensure reliability.
