About the role
Think in-house performance team. Our sales team closes dealers. Your job is execution: ad account setup, campaign creation, campaign management, optimization, and inventory feed connections. You are not responsible for direct selling.
Our live inventory catalogs publish to Meta and Google, our websites and pixel events track shoppers, and our CRM routes leads to sales. Your job is to launch campaigns cleanly, keep them stable, and improve performance.
What you will do
- Plan, create, and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns for U.S. car dealerships
- Launch and optimize lead form campaigns and other Meta campaign types we use
- Connect and troubleshoot inventory feeds (accuracy, matching, updates, errors)
- Optimize daily for cost per lead, lead quality, and performance consistency
- Collaborate with the internal sales team so accounts launch fast and stay stable
- Work with our team from our office in Poblado, Medellin
Note on catalogs
Automotive catalogs and feeds are automated through our system. You will not be building or maintaining catalogs or feeds manually.
What you will not do
- You will not proactively pitch dealers or do sales outreach
- You will not be responsible for closing or upselling
- You will not be expected to run dealer strategy calls or sell the program
What you bring
- 2+ years of hands-on Meta and Google Ads experience (setup + optimization)
- Good English, written and spoken
- Strong grasp of targeting, creative testing, budgeting, and pixel and conversion tracking
- Detail-oriented, organized, reliable
