Meta and Google Ads Analyst
Role Summary
We're looking for someone who's confident with Meta Ads — from setting budgets to reporting results. The role is focused on execution and analytics, not creative work. You'll manage ad sets, track performance, and keep weekly reports up to date using data from Meta Ads and Shopify.

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
  • Ability to set and manage campaign budgets
  • Skilled at building and optimizing ad sets and configuring audiences
  • Can pull and organize performance reports from Meta Ads and Shopify
  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for weekly reporting and analysis
  • Detail-oriented and organized in handling campaign data

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads and ability to apply similar reporting workflows
  • Experience with TikTok Ads — strong skills here would be a big plus
  • Familiarity with broader digital marketing analytics tools or dashboards

Work Setting
Location: Colombia (mandatory)

Job Type: Remote

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm PST | 12am - 9pm COT

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
