En GFT buscamos un Project Manager Senior para liderar proyectos estratégicos de transformación tecnológica. Este rol implica gestionar iniciativas complejas que abarcan arquitectura técnica, datos, IA, analítica, integración y gobierno de APIs, plataformas de desarrollo, ingeniería de TI, ciberseguridad, infraestructura y programas NEON (evolución del modelo operativo, modernización iSeries, métricas y desempeño).

Responsabilidades

  • Planificar, ejecutar y controlar proyectos end-to-end, asegurando cumplimiento de alcance, tiempo, costo y calidad.
  • Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios y coordinar frentes técnicos (Arquitectura, Datos, IA, APIs, DevSecOps, Infraestructura, NEON).
  • Gestionar riesgos, issues y dependencias; implementar planes de mitigación y contingencia.
  • Automatizar reportería con dashboards de IA y usar herramientas de analítica para soporte en decisiones.
  • Mantener relación ejecutiva con stakeholders senior del cliente, liderar presentaciones y comités.
  • Asegurar adherencia a PMO, CMMI y estándares internos de calidad.
  • Fomentar cultura de colaboración, mentoring y desarrollo de talento.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia: 5–10 años gestionando proyectos complejos en banca o servicios financieros.
  • Experiencia en modernización de core bancario/iSeries y gobierno de APIs.
  • Conocimiento en arquitectura empresarial, microservicios, integración, DevSecOps, cloud híbrida y ciberseguridad.
  • Participación en proyectos estratégicos de transformación digital en banca

Educación y certificaciones

  • Profesional en ingeniería de sistemas, industrial, electrónica o afines.
