The Role

We're looking for a strong, hands-on
Team Leader / Project Manager
to lead a small but mighty team of 3 to 6 creative and strategic professionals. You'll be the go-to person for keeping projects on track, supporting your team, and making sure our clients are always in the loop and impressed with the results.

You'll work closely with both our internal team and U.S.-based clients, keeping everyone aligned, motivated, and moving in the right direction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and knows how to bring out the best in others.

What You'll Do

  1. Lead, support, and mentor a team of creatives and strategists to deliver high-quality work on time and on point.
  2. Own the planning and execution of multiple projects, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
  3. Be the main point of contact between the agency and our U.S. clients—communicate clearly, confidently, and proactively.
  4. Solve problems before they become blockers and keep your team focused and productive.
  5. Help shape a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  1. Experience leading projects and teams, ideally in a digital marketing or creative agency setting.
  2. Fluent, confident English—you'll be speaking with U.S. clients regularly.
  3. Strong organizational and communication skills. You're great at juggling tasks, managing timelines, and staying connected with your team.
  4. A proactive mindset—you don't wait to be told what to do, and you know how to keep things moving.
  5. Solid understanding of digital marketing, creative workflows, and agency operations.
