Job Description

Publicis Global Delivery is looking for a Senior E-commerce Analyst who wants to help our global clients succeed and our team continues growing. You will directly contribute to transforming our international clients 'businesses by running and activating e-commerce campaigns and guiding team members to improve their technical goals. You will be responsible for implementing and managing the overall paid marketing strategy, communication, budget allocation, and ROI from different digital channels. Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of quality outcomes with a deep understanding of media analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with global agencies to activate, monitor, and optimize social media campaigns for global clients, and their business KPIs.
  • Proactively identify client's growth opportunities and take actions to ensure it happens.
  • Assist in Ecommerce and Digital Media training sessions. You will have the time and opportunity to grow and help others succeed.
  • Oversee the development, the rollout, and the adherence to ecommerce media best practices.
  • Prepare, train, and certify yourself to evolve and continue your career path within PGD, while working on your daily tasks.
  • Develop, improve, and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional client service.
  • Provide the clients with recommendations and optimization strategies that are aligned with their objectives.
  • Effectively communicate digital strategies and tactical approaches for each campaign
  • Execute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns and programs for agency clients (e.g., auction/exchange-based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns, while meeting or exceeding client performance expectations
  • Attend client meetings as needed
  • Keep abreast of industry trends through advertising and media journals and recognized marketing sources
  • Setup E-commerce campaigns, within each required platform, following agency and advertiser guidelines
  • Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation to prepare for campaign launch
  • Work with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementation
  • Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns
  • Ensure the quality of the campaign execution process

  • In-depth knowledge of Ecommerce platforms, operating as an in-agency expert while showing a good understanding of the overall media landscape.

  • Intermediate Excel knowledge.

  • Intermediate knowlegde with ecommerce tools: Instacart (BASIC), Kroger (BASIC), Criteo (BASIC), Walmart (BASIC), Skai (BASIC) and Pacvue (BASIC)

Good to have

  • Knowledge in SEM (Search Engine Marketing) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge in one/two of the following fields: Community Management Media planning Media Buying Creative strategy Ad Serving Tools: GCM, Sizmek. Bidding Management Tools: Marin, Skai, 4C. Verification Tools: IAS - MOAT.
