We are looking for a
Senior Financial Analyst
to join our team and play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across the business.

This position partners closely with senior leaders and operations teams to deliver insightful financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and performance management. The role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys translating numbers into actionable insights and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

What you'll do:

  • Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Analyze P&L performance, trends, and variances to support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities for revenue and margin improvement.
  • Support investment analysis, ROI modeling, and high-impact ad-hoc financial projects.
  • Contribute to executive and board-level presentations.

What we're looking for:

  • 5–8 years of experience in financial analysis and financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ownership mentality.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • English proficiency is required.


Locations:
Bogotá, Medellín, Bucaramanga, Barranquilla, or Cartagena.
