We are looking for a
Senior Financial Analyst
to join our team and play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across the business.
This position partners closely with senior leaders and operations teams to deliver insightful financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and performance management. The role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys translating numbers into actionable insights and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
What you'll do:
- Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Analyze P&L performance, trends, and variances to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities for revenue and margin improvement.
- Support investment analysis, ROI modeling, and high-impact ad-hoc financial projects.
- Contribute to executive and board-level presentations.
What we're looking for:
- 5–8 years of experience in financial analysis and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ownership mentality.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- English proficiency is required.
Locations:
Bogotá, Medellín, Bucaramanga, Barranquilla, or Cartagena.
