The
Senior FP&A Analyst
plays a critical role in driving financial insight, strategic decision-making, and performance management across the organization. This role acts as a trusted financial partner to senior leadership, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that support business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

This position requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners. The Senior FP&A Analyst is expected to proactively identify risks and opportunities, challenge assumptions, and contribute to long-term financial planning and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
    , ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Analyze financial performance, KPIs, and variances versus budget, forecast, and prior periods, providing clear explanations and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain
    financial models
    to support strategic initiatives, scenario analysis, and investment decisions.
  • Prepare and present
    management reports and executive-level dashboards
    for senior leadership.
  • Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities related to revenue, costs, margins, and cash flow.
  • Act as a
    finance business partner
    to cross-functional teams, supporting decision-making with data-driven insights.
  • Support long-term planning initiatives, including growth projections, pricing analysis, and profitability analysis.
  • Coordinate with Accounting, Risk, Operations, and other finance functions to ensure data integrity and alignment.
  • Improve FP&A processes, reporting automation, and financial tools to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Respond to ad-hoc analyses and strategic requests from senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in
    FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis
    roles.
  • Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills: experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a strong plus.
  • High level of comfort working with senior stakeholders and presenting financial insights.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and business orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • English proficiency (business level) preferred.
