Job Description

  • Process and validate payroll data, including timekeeping records, bonuses, deductions, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws, labor regulations, and internal payroll policies.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to gather and verify payroll-related information.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for audits and reporting.
  • Support month-end and year-end payroll activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and related matters.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or payroll providers as needed.

The Successful Applicant
The
Payroll Coordinator
is responsible for supporting the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution in compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and local labor/tax regulations.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as NetSuite for payroll-related accounting and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software (e.g.,ADP, Workday).
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
