Role Description

, we are looking for a
Financial Specialist
to lead financial analysis, control, and reporting processes, providing strategic insights that drive profitability and business growth.

This role plays a key part in evaluating financial performance, managing budgets, and analyzing profitability, while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and excellence in financial management.


Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
  • Lead budget planning and control, ensuring financial discipline and accuracy.
  • Conduct variance and performance analyses to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and analyze P&L statements, cost structures, margins, and profitability.
  • Prepare and monitor cost reports, including SG&A expenses.
  • Generate financial indicators and key ratio reports.
  • Supervise average payroll cost reports and related analyses.
  • Support the definition and implementation of pricing strategies.
  • Perform intercompany reconciliations and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
  • Automate reports and optimize processes using Power Query and advanced Excel tools.
  • Consolidate financial databases and build dashboards in Power BI.
  • Support month-end closing, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic decisions.


Required Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of cost structures, profitability, and P&L management.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, macros).
  • Plus: Experience using Power BI, SAP, or ERP financial systems.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate English level (reading and technical communication).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
