: COP to COP, based on experience

What You Will Do

1. Accounting Recording & Control

• Record purchase invoices, billing statements, and expenses in QuickBooks, Siigo, and , ensuring correct classification, taxes, and cost centers.
• Validate invoice synchronization and ensure proper digital support documentation.
• Control advances, settlements, and reconciliation of accounts payable/receivable.
• Update and maintain the daily payment schedule.

2. Payroll & Social Security

• Prepare, review, and record biweekly/monthly payroll (Colombia and U.S.), including deductions, benefits, and IRS taxes.
• Generate payroll payment files, documentation, and electronic payroll submissions within legal deadlines.
• Calculate and validate social security and parafiscal contributions (SENA, ICBF, Compensation Fund).
• Coordinate PTO, reimbursements, and bonuses with HR.

3. Reconciliations & Banking Control

• Perform weekly/monthly bank reconciliations across systems.
• Record and validate daily banking transactions.
• Manage corporate credit cards and related expenses.
• Calculate and record foreign exchange differences.

4. Billing & Labor Reconciliation

• Consolidate and review timesheets from employees, AOps, and associates for billing and payroll.
• Prepare draft client invoices and supporting documentation.
• Record and reconcile labor invoices in , resolving discrepancies.
• Coordinate final billing reports to ensure accuracy.

5. Settlements & Petty Cash

• Review and record travel settlements within five days of execution.
• Manage petty cash, perform reconciliations, and maintain documentation for closing.

6. Cash Flow & Weekly Payments

• Prepare the consolidated weekly cash flow, including invoices, payroll, travel expenses, and scheduled payments.

7. Fiscal Closing & External Reporting

• Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings.
• Prepare exogenous reports for district and national tax authorities (Resolute Solutions Sur & Panamerican Solutions BPO SAS).
• Generate and send withholding certificates to employees and vendors.
• Support internal/external audits (DCAA, ISO, UGPP, DIAN).

8. Coordination & Administrative Support

• Participate in continuous process improvement and internal control reviews.
• Support additional assigned activities aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

Education

• Technical, technological, or professional degree in Accounting or related fields.
• English level: B2 or higher.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years in accounting roles, including reconciliations, payroll, and accounting closings.

Technical Skills

• Experience with QuickBooks, , Siigo (preferred).
• Advanced Excel and proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of Colombian and U.S. tax, labor, and accounting regulations.
• Understanding of billing and labor reconciliation processes.
