Enterprise Sales Coordinator

This is a remote position.
Role OverviewThe Enterprise Sales Coordinator (ESC) is the operational anchor of the company Enterprise Sales cycle that ensures every client journey is seamless, responsive, and high-touch. This role demands precision, speed, and emotional intelligence to manage complex workflows, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and deliver airtight execution across the end-to-end enterprise process.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Process Driving and Coordination to make discovery calls, take notes or manage the whole process up to the POS
Data & Platform Management to maintain proper data hygiene. Should be able to work with or create reports, spreadsheets and presentation decks
Candidate Vetting & Endorsement requiring key decision-making and match-making
Interview skills to identify the cream of the crop and who to endorse to our clients
Ability to get candidate endorsements from other departments or source them on their own
Cross-functional interaction to coordinate the journey for both client and candidates
May be requested to travel and meet face to face with team or clients (depending on location of ESC)
Position is required to work on North American Shift or time zone
Other duties as assigned
Core Skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written and very strong verbal communication with ability to make presentations and consultative discovery calls
• Fast-paced execution with minimal supervision
• Sound decision-making under pressure
• Customer service orientation with a delivery mindset
• Low escalation rate and high emotional intelligence
• Experience using HubSpot or any CRM for a minimum of 5 years
Bonus Experience
• Worked with global clients or multicultural teams
• Background in sales, consultations, or VIP/white-glove service
• Experience in client relations, de-escalation, and project management
