Como
Vacation Experience Advisor
, serás el/la responsable de ayudar a clientes de EE. UU. a planificar y asegurar experiencias de viaje inolvidables. Tu misión será comprender sus necesidades, brindar recomendaciones personalizadas y transmitir confianza en cada interacción.

Trabajarás con
leads calientes
(clientes ya interesados), tanto en llamadas entrantes como salientes, guiándolos en la selección de las mejores opciones de vacaciones, mientras alcanzas objetivos comerciales en un entorno colaborativo.

Responsabilidades

  • Atención al cliente:
    conectar con clientes interesados en nuestros paquetes vacacionales, ofreciendo orientación personalizada.
  • Gestión de llamadas:
    responder consultas entrantes con entusiasmo y profesionalismo, y realizar llamadas salientes para dar seguimiento.
  • Expertise en viajes:
    mantener conocimiento actualizado sobre destinos, resorts y paquetes para recomendar con precisión.
  • Mejora de la experiencia:
    identificar oportunidades para enriquecer la propuesta del cliente y asegurar reservas sin inconvenientes.
  • Comunicación consultiva:
    utilizar guiones estructurados y técnicas persuasivas para explicar beneficios, generando confianza y decisiones informadas.
  • Resolución de problemas:
    atender dudas con creatividad y seguridad, garantizando satisfacción.
  • Cumplimiento de objetivos:
    alcanzar metas de satisfacción, calidad de experiencia y conversiones.
  • Gestión de datos:
    mantener registros precisos y proteger la información personal de los clientes.

Requisitos

  • Inglés fluido (oral y escrito), cómodo para interactuar con clientes de EE. UU.
  • 1–3 años de experiencia en ventas, atención al cliente, viajes o hospitalidad.
  • Habilidades de comunicación, escucha activa y persuasión.
  • Manejo básico de herramientas tecnológicas y disposición para aprender nuevas plataformas.
  • Actitud proactiva, resiliente y orientada a resultados.
  • Conocimiento de destinos turísticos (deseable).

Herramientas & Sistemas

  • CRM:
    HubSpot (capacitación incluida).
  • Gestión de llamadas:
    NICE CXone (capacitación incluida).
  • Procesamiento de ventas:
    EXN platform (capacitación incluida).

Soft Skills

  • Orientación a objetivos y resultados.
  • Comodidad con llamadas entrantes y salientes.
  • Persistencia y resiliencia (no acepta un "no" como respuesta definitiva).
  • Adaptabilidad y mentalidad de aprendizaje continuo.
