We're looking for an experienced and talented Graphic Designer with strong visual and motion design skills to join our growing team. You'll lead the visual direction for client projects and 360° campaigns, collaborating closely with business, content, and performance strategists to produce polished, high-impact creatives.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Participate in creative concepting process for multi-channel campaigns for B2C clients through shoulder-to-shoulder collaboration with business, content and performance strategists.
  • Design high-quality social media content, emails, in-store print assets, digital ads, and landing pages that align with each brand's visual identity, business goals, and campaign objectives.
  • Transform ideas and data-driven insights into creative visual narratives that resonate with audiences.
  • Elevate campaigns with animation and motion graphics to keep designs dynamic and engaging.
  • Keep a pulse on design, cultural, and industry trends, and use them to push creative boundaries.

This Job is for You if:

  • You have 2+ years of professional design experience in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • You bring proven skills in graphic design (degree, training, or hands-on experience. We value it all).
  • You're fluent in Figma and Adobe Suite.
  • You can edit video, ideally using After Effects or similar.
  • You've worked as both a digital & traditional designer and can adapt across mediums.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills, and you're confident explaining your ideas.
  • You can handle multiple projects at once with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You're a proactive problem-solver who collaborates seamlessly with a team and thrives in collective creativity.
  • You maintain a positive, solution-oriented mindset, always seeking opportunities to elevate the work.

Bonus Points if You:

  • Have experience in UX/UI design.
  • Have copywriting, web design, or illustration skills.
  • Have animation and advanced motion design experience.
  • Have worked in a digital marketing agency.
  • Are based in Colombia (not required, but nice).
  • Are familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Have experience working with multi-location brands, specifically in consumer products and restaurants.
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
