About the Role The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Creative Team. This role requires someone who is highly motivated, self‑driven, and capable of handling a variety of projects while maintaining a consistent brand experience across all channels. The ideal candidate can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. A strong understanding of branding, along with the ability to vary style and layout depending on the project, is essential. Key Responsibilities Develop and design graphics and visual elements for digital and print materials such as websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, flyers, logos, presentations, and advertisements. Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with team members on web pages, presentations, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials. Use software tools like Adobe Creative Suite to produce designs and prototypes. Maintain the brand identity for all Division Partners. Develop marketing and sales materials, branding, and logos. Support other projects as needed. Requirements Proven experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Technical degree or university degree (AA, BFA, or equivalent) in Graphic Design or a related field. Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign. Strong understanding of current design trends, branding, and typography. High degree of organization and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Strong time‑management skills. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take direction. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A1–A2 English level. $4,500,000 - $6,000,000 a month #J-18808-Ljbffr
