The Team and Job Summary

The creative team, within the Marketing Department, is a group of communication and creative professionals operating as the company's internal agency to serve clients throughout the entire organization. The Graphic Designer will work closely with fellow designers, internal clients, and Manager to ensure effective project completion for print and web-based needs. This designer will be a visual problem solver who can work in a fast-paced work environment while creating designs for use on a range of media platforms.

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the Marketing team, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of traditional Graphic Designer. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of graphic design, but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks.

Job Responsibilities
- PDF design to support thought leadership initiatives - each PDF requires high-priority, quick turnaround timeframe
- Design of additional elements:

- Promotional Graphics
- Charts / Graphics to be contained in thought leadership
- Infographics
- PPT Optimization
- Image Sourcing
- Ensure designs are in alignment to brand standards and maintain brand consistency
- Coordinate traffic and production timelines from initiation of jobs to final release to print/online
- Consistently meet project deadlines and maintain high level of work while managing multiple projects
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support and/or develop new concepts and initiatives
- Interact with internal clients and external vendors.

Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent training (3+ year of experience of graphic design in a creative environment)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (CEFR at least C1 level)
- Understanding of design principles in both print and digital formats
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work in a variety of media
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Strong Proofreader
- Ability to maintain exceptional attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects and communicate progress
- Optimistic, self-motivated, and able to take initiative
- Able to take direction and to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within fast-paced working environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Video production and editing skills a plus
- Writing and/or editing skills a plus
- SharePoint and/or WordPress experience a plus
