We’re seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a designer who not only has an eye for impactful visual storytelling but also embraces modern tools, and AI-assisted design. As our Graphic Designer, you’ll be a key player in shaping our brand identity across digital and print media. You should be comfortable working within existing brand guidelines while also contributing fresh ideas and design innovations. Key Responsibilities Design engaging graphics for digital platforms (web, email, social, presentations) and print materials (brochures, flyers, signage, swag) using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Create large-format designs for billboards, bus wraps, banners, and other out-of-home advertising. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop on-brand visuals that align with campaign goals. Support brand consistency across all visual assets and platforms. Design user-friendly mockups and UI/UX concepts using Figma. Perform light video editing for social media, ads, and website use. Utilize new AI-powered design tools (e.g., generative AI image/video editors, AI content tools) to streamline content creation and enhance visual storytelling. Stay ahead of design trends and proactively recommend improvements to creative output. Requirements 6+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an in-house marketing team or creative agency. Mastery of Canva with a strong portfolio showcasing design range and creativity. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro). Working knowledge of Figma and UI/UX best practices. Experience with light video editing (Reels, TikToks, shorts, promos). Familiarity or hands-on experience with AI tools for design and video (e.g., RunwayML, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI). Strong understanding of branding and visual identity principles. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Portfolio of previous design projects. Nice to have Motion graphics or animation experience. Knowledge of web design basics (HTML/CSS understanding). Photography or videography experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
