Responsabilidades principales:
- Atender clientes vía teléfono, correo y portales web.
- Resolver consultas técnicas y no técnicas sobre dispositivos móviles y software.
- Soporte en activación, configuración y uso de equipos y líneas móviles.
- Acompañar la adquisición de equipos y coordinar con proveedores.
- Diagnosticar y resolver incidencias básicas de usuarios finales.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia en
PCs, celulares, plataformas de software
y soporte técnico básico. - Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente.
- Capacidad para investigar, resolver problemas y trabajar en equipo.
- Manejo de Excel, Word y Outlook.
- Inglés B2+ - C1 (indispensable)
Condiciones del contrato:

Lunes a Viernes, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. - Modalidad:
