estamos buscando un HelpDesk para brindar soporte a usuarios en temas de dispositivos móviles, PCs y plataformas de software. Si te apasiona la tecnología y el servicio al cliente, esta oportunidad es para ti


Responsabilidades principales:

  • Atender clientes vía teléfono, correo y portales web.
  • Resolver consultas técnicas y no técnicas sobre dispositivos móviles y software.
  • Soporte en activación, configuración y uso de equipos y líneas móviles.
  • Acompañar la adquisición de equipos y coordinar con proveedores.
  • Diagnosticar y resolver incidencias básicas de usuarios finales.


Requisitos:

  • Experiencia en
    PCs, celulares, plataformas de software
    y soporte técnico básico.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente.
  • Capacidad para investigar, resolver problemas y trabajar en equipo.
  • Manejo de Excel, Word y Outlook.
  • Inglés B2+ - C1 (indispensable)


Condiciones del contrato:

  • Contrato indefinido
  • Horario:
    Lunes a Viernes, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Modalidad:
  • 2 primeros meses
    presencial
