About the Role:We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join the Creative Department at Stream Companies. This role combines strong traditional and print design skills with digital expertise to support integrated marketing campaigns and creative strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates a proactive attitude, and is eager to learn new technologies, trends, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop visually appealing and effective marketing materials across multiple mediums, including:
  • Digital automation assets
  • Customization of existing products (e.g., Direct Mail)
  • Newsprints and flyers
  • Automotive incentive work
  • Resizing designs for POP items, outdoor signage, and billboards
  • CRM emails and pitch deliverables

  • Digital merchandising content

  • Ensure timely delivery of all projects in line with client brand guidelines and expectations.

  • Support senior designers when needed (proofing, managing out-of-office tasks).
  • Develop conceptual work and proactive creative ideas.
  • Adhere to established processes and procedures defined by the Creative Leadership Team.
  • Utilize Workfront to document and track all work and proofs.
  • Communicate clearly and adhere to Stream's one-hour response policy.
  • Maintain compliance with automotive marketing regulations and guidelines.
  • Attend monthly creative department meetings and weekly town halls.
  • Use Adobe Experience Manager to execute requests and follow best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or certificate in Graphic Design or a related Fine Arts field.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in a graphic design role.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Solid understanding of printing processes, terms, and techniques, including troubleshooting print issues.
  • Knowledge of digital file formats, setup, and design best practices.
  • Experience using Delivra Drag & Drop Editor for turnkey email products.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
