We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Payroll Specialist to manage and process accurate and timely payroll for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of payroll regulations, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Process weekly and/or bi-weekly payroll for employees in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Generate, prepare, calculate, and analyze payroll payment processes.Ensure compliance with current labor laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies to guarantee the timely payment of salaries, aiming for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.Create and submit reports and presentations to various government entities, adhering to established deadlines.Review and validate timesheets, attendance records, and payroll data.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.Maintain and update employee payroll information in HRIS/payroll systems.Prepare payroll reports and support audits when required.Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees in both English and Spanish.Coordinate with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies or issues related to compensation and deductions.Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of payroll data at all times.

Requisitos

Bachelor's or Technical degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).Bilingual English–Spanish (advanced proficiency required).Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience.Advanced Excel proficiency.Knowledge of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance standards.Experience with HRIS or payroll software (e.g., ADP, Kronos, SAP, or similar).Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Experience with designer (desirable)
