Workday
Responsabilidades principales:
- Procesar nóminas quincenales en Workday Payroll, Time and Absence.
- Realizar auditorías entre pares y comunicar hallazgos.
- Atender solicitudes de empleados y brindar respuestas precisas.
- Investigar temas de cumplimiento a nivel federal, estatal y local.
- Apoyar auditorías internas/externas y solicitudes de áreas como Legal, Finanzas y Fiscal.
- Generar reportes, analizar datos y proponer mejoras en procesos de nómina.
- Administrar órdenes de retención en Workday.
- Participar en proyectos especiales y tareas asignadas.
Requisitos mínimos:
- Título universitario en Contabilidad o Administración.
- 2-4 años de experiencia en nómina con sistemas como Workday, ADP, Ultimate, etc.
- Excel intermedio-avanzado.
- Certificación FPC o compromiso de obtenerla en los primeros 18 meses.
Deseables:
- Experiencia en nómina multistatal en EE. UU.
- Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo.
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas y multitarea.
