What you'll do

As a Tech Recruiter based in Bogotá, you'll play a critical role in building our U.S. technology teams. You'll partner directly with U.S. hiring managers and business leaders to identify, attract, and close top software engineering and product management talent.

You will:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-senior level tech & IT roles across software engineering and product management.

  • Run high-impact hiring sprints for critical or priority roles.

  • Partner with U.S. stakeholders to align recruiting strategies with business goals.

  • Drive recruiting projects and process improvements that elevate our global hiring capability.

  • Mentor and coach junior team members, helping strengthen the recruiting function in Colombia.

What we're looking for
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal); comfortable partnering daily with U.S. teams.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills across cultures and time zones.

  • Proven experience hiring for technical roles — ideally within global, high-growth or tech-driven organizations.

  • High ownership mindset: proactive, resourceful, and data-driven.

  • Resilient and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
