- Ser Profesional en administración o disciplinas relacionadas.
- Contar con experiencia superior a 1 año en gestión de servicios de TI y coordinación de consultores.
- Dominar en un nivel Intermedio Excel (Office).
- Tener la capacidad de adaptarse a nuevas tecnologías y enfoques innovadores para maximizar su impacto.
- Monitorear y ajustar la capacidad y funciones de los consultores para garantizar productividad y disponibilidad.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos y la generación de valor en la operación.
- Generar reportes de gestión, ejecución de actividades y soportes de facturación.
- Trabajo híbrido en Bogotá / Colombia.
- Contrato a término Indefinido.
