Estamos en la búsqueda de un(a) Project Manager proactivo(a) y orientado(a) a resultados para liderar la ejecución integral de proyectos VoIP e ISP. Esta posición es clave para asegurar entregas puntuales, con altos estándares de calidad y satisfacción del cliente.

Como Project Manager, serás el enlace principal entre equipos internos, clientes y proveedores, liderando iniciativas técnicas de alto impacto desde la planificación hasta la implementación. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en el sector telecomunicaciones, sólidas habilidades de liderazgo y una gran orientación a procesos estructurados y eficientes.

Responsabilidades clave:

Gestionar el ciclo completo de proyectos VoIP, ISP y despliegues de red en múltiples ubicaciones.

Desarrollar planes de proyecto detallados, monitorear hitos y ajustar cronogramas según sea necesario.

Coordinar equipos multifuncionales: técnicos de campo, ingeniería, provisión y soporte.

Ser el punto de contacto principal para los clientes durante todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto.

Colaborar con ISPs, proveedores de hardware y socios tecnológicos para garantizar una ejecución eficiente.

Acompañar el onboarding de nuevos servicios y garantizar una transición fluida a soporte post-instalación.


Requisitos del perfil:

3 a 5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos o entrega de servicios en el sector telecomunicaciones.

Nivel de Ingles  C1

Experiencia coordinando con ISPs, proveedores VoIP y técnicos de campo.
