Job Purpose: Acts as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to products and services. Drives high adoption of product and service capabilities, increasing license utilization and service hours. Enhances customer engagement by identifying new sales, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities, and effectively transferring them to the sales team. Provides high-quality customer service and sales support to both internal and external customers. Leverages insights from customer interactions to proactively create new business opportunities.Responsibilities:Review CRM cases and provide proper follow-up to current customersEngage constantly with customer to keep track of product adoption and consumption levelsPromptly attend customer escalations and act as a center of contact to engage other departments as requiredLog all activity related to the accounts and opportunities generated in the corresponding platformsProvide entry level training (Demo Session)Analyze customer and account data to identify areas of improvement and set action plansProvide valuable insight to the company based on the data and information obtained from customer interactionsKnowledge, Skills and Experience:>1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience is required.Required Education: High School GraduateAble to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.Able to use common office equipment.Possesses basic data entry skills.Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.Able to effectively multi-task.Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.Able to use relevant computer systems and applications at an intermediate level.Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.TD Synnex Statements:TD Synnex is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
