What You'll Do

Be part of our client's team as a
Customer Sales Satisfaction Agent
, delivering exceptional service that builds trust and keeps customers coming back. You'll handle calls, resolve concerns, share product updates, and support customers through accurate, friendly, and solution-oriented service-always reflecting the values of the brand.

What You Need to Succeed

  • At least 1 year of Spanish Bilingual experience
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Strong commitment to delivering friendly, professional service
  • Proficient in English
  • Ability to work efficiently with great attention to detail
  • Good computer skills; ability to navigate mobile devices and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to work in a shifting schedule
  • Ability to multi-task

What You Will Take Charge Of

  • Answer inbound customer phone calls
  • Interact with customers and deliver helpful, professional assistance
  • Evaluate issues and offer actionable solutions to drive satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collect customer information and promote store traffic

  • Meet personal and team performance targets
  • Follow policies, safety guidelines, and SOPs
  • Learn new skills, support teammates, and assist with additional tasks as needed
