ResponsibilitiesContact and follow up on leads generated by our Marketing team.
Understand client needs and recommend the programs that best suit them, keeping the CRM (Salesforce) up to date.
Follow up with clients until program enrollment and transfer them to the Customer Service team.
Minimum experience in sales.
Technical or technological degree.
Proficiency in English (B2 or above).
Passion for travel, education, or language learning.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Work schedule: Rotating shifts, Saturday to Wednesday, depending on the assigned region.
Uncapped monthly income:
Base salary plus commissions, with an average of $7,000,000 COP/month +
Automatic progression to Sales Executive level after 3 months in the role.
