Role Overview
We are seeking a
Performance Marketing Manager with 12+ years of hands-on experience
, capable of taking full ownership of paid acquisition. This role focuses heavily on
driving conversions
, collaborating with
branding and awareness teams
, managing
campaign operations
, and providing deep
creative performance insights
.
You will lead strategy, execution, forecasting, experimentation, and reporting across all paid channels.
What You'll Own
Acquisition Strategy & Execution
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Optimize daily performance, bidding, pacing, and creative rotation.
- Manage remarketing, funnel segmentation, and conversion-focused audience strategies.
Budgeting, Planning & Forecasting
- Build monthly/quarterly paid plans and order forecasts.
- Own daily pacing and reallocation to maintain CPA stability.
- Lead weekly performance reviews with the agency and internal teams.
Creative Assessment & Experimentation
- Evaluate creative performance, share insights, and guide asset direction.
- Build structured A/B testing frameworks across creatives, landing pages, and audiences.
- Work closely with content and design teams to maintain a strong performance pipeline.
Campaign Operations
- Lead day-to-day campaign operations and optimization cycles.
- Coordinate with brand and awareness teams to ensure message consistency and funnel alignment.
- Streamline asset delivery, feedback loops, and rapid iteration processes.
Cross-functional Performance Collaboration
- Collaborate with branding, content, product, and leadership teams.
- Align TOFU + BOFU flows to maximize end-to-end conversion performance.
- Support execution of campaigns that bridge brand awareness and performance goals.
Hard Skills
- 12 to 15 years in performance marketing roles within high-growth or ecommerce environments.
- Strong experience scaling
conversion-driven campaigns
. - Deep knowledge of
campaign operations
, optimization, and media planning. - Expertise in
creative analytics
, identifying hooks, formats, and winning patterns. - Experience collaborating with
branding and awareness teams
to unify messaging and funnels. - Strong analytical skills focused on
CPC, CPA, ROAS, funnel efficiency
, and performance insights. - Ability to design and run structured experiments across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
