Overview Únete a una reconocida startup de consumo masivo como Head of Marketing , tendrás el reto de dirigir tanto la estrategia en canales digitales como offline, con un enfoque en maximizar el retorno de inversión (ROI). Responsabilidades Te enfrentarás al desafío de desarrollar estrategias que generen tráfico y promuevan la conversión a lastiendas físicas. Buscamos a alguien con habilidades para comprender las necesidades del consumidor, capacidad para desarrollar planes creativos, generar tráfico a las tiendas y colaborar con influencers. Serás responsable de la planificación y ejecución de campañas mensuales. Liderar el fortalecimiento y expansión del equipo de marketing, creando un entorno propicio para el desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias efectivas. Desarrollar e implementar estrategias basadas en análisis de datos y proyecciones financieras para optimizar el rendimiento de las iniciativas de marketing. Experiencia sólida en liderazgo en el área de marketing, con énfasis en la creación de estrategias efectivas. Competencia en la creación de estrategias basadas en análisis de datos y proyecciones financieras. Requisitos Idealmente, tienes experiencia previa en startups y empresas con un entorno ágil de crecimiento acelerado, además de habilidades en el manejo de métricas, datos y pronósticos para la generación de planes de acción efectivos. Liderar el fortalecimiento y expansión del equipo de marketing, creando un entorno propicio para el desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias efectivas. Desarrollar e implementar estrategias basadas en análisis de datos y proyecciones financieras para optimizar el rendimiento de las iniciativas de marketing.
