Join our dynamic healthcare staffing team
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Healthcare Sourcer to help us identify top nursing talent for travel, acute care, and ambulatory assignments across the U.S. This is a remote, full-time opportunity ideal for someone with experience in recruitment and a passion for the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities- Source and screen candidates for nursing roles (ICU, ER, OR, etc.).
- Manage multiple job requisitions with high attention to detail.
- Use ATS platforms and Boolean search techniques to build strong pipelines.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to meet staffing goals.
- Stay updated on licensing and credentialing requirements across states.
- 1 to 3 years of experience sourcing healthcare professionals (travel nursing preferred).
- Familiarity with ATS and VMS platforms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High English proficiency (C1–C2).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
