Healthcare Recruiter

Location: All sites Solvo Colombia - Barranquilla, Bogotá, Bucaramanga, Medellín, Cali

Work Arrangement: On-site for the first month, then hybrid

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Daylight Saving Time applies in March)

English Level: Advanced (C1)

Position Overview

The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare positions, compliance requirements, and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely and effective placements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verbal Communication: Answer phone calls and inquiries professionally; maintain ongoing communication with associates and clients.
  • Customer Focus: Respond promptly and courteously to client inquiries; manage referrals and program inquiries.
  • Adaptability: Assist with sales, marketing, and public relations efforts as needed.
  • Decision Making & Judgment: Uphold integrity in all interactions; resolve issues in a fast-paced environment while aligning with company vision and values.
  • Organization: Coordinate caregiver schedules; manage payroll tasks including timesheet verification and system updates; maintain accurate personnel records.
  • Stress Management: Perform on-call duties as required; maintain professionalism under pressure; multitask effectively in a high-functioning office environment.
  • Recruitment: Interview, screen, and test applicants; ensure a positive candidate experience; support hiring, onboarding, and disciplinary processes.
  • Other Duties: General administrative tasks and additional responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in healthcare recruiting or Home Care.
  • Talent Sourcing: Ability to identify and attract healthcare professionals via job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Interviewing & Screening: Skilled in evaluating qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiation: Strong ability to manage offers and expectations between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain strong candidate and stakeholder relationships.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare regulations, credentialing, and licensing requirements.
