As CRM Manager, you are responsible for CRM strategy and execution for Latam. You will work closely with your regional sportsbook and gaming managers to ensure effective customer touchpoints, that is anything the customers sees, reads or interact with.

You're Good AtSuccessful track record of implementing CRM campaigns and strategiesProcess driven to ensure excellent execution of CRM campaigns.Highly analytical with the ability to collate, analyse and present data and drive clear insights to the businessDemonstrable track record of developing CRM as a strategic channel within a business and using CRM to drive commercial successProven experience of creating customer centric, value based propositionsExperience of working across channels and customer segmentsProactive mindset; you are a self starter who can operate autonomously and turn opportunities into performanceNative level communication ability in Spanish & English, both in speaking and writingPassion for Football and/or Online Casino A Flavour Of What You'll Be Doing Manage a team responsible for the creation and execution of campaigns from interrogating the brief right through go live.Devise and execute effective CRM programmes within the customer lifecycle Work closely with product managers to increase campaign ROI through tailor-made nurture programmes aimed at monetising players post the 1st interaction with a campaignBuild & automate lifecycle communication in collaboration with central CRM towards decreasing churn and enhancing player engagementDefine the brands contact strategy (right place, right time, right person) by aligning with the product team on segmentation and targeting of communicationChampion an ongoing tests & learn programme (A.B, MVT & Control group) & optimise marketing programmes based on learningsWork with BI & Data warehouse teams to facilitate real-time data-driven communication
