Serás el puente entre los equipos técnicos globales y las agencias/marketing locales. No ejecutarás campañas: garantizarás que se construyan, integren y lancen a tiempo, alineadas a los objetivos del negocio.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar end-to-end proyectos de CRM y Automation
  • Traducir requerimientos de negocio en planes técnicos claros
  • Administrar flujos en Kanban y dependencias tipo Waterfall
  • Liderar ceremonias Scrum (dailies, sprints, retros)
  • Identificar riesgos, remover bloqueos y proteger el scope
  • Coordinar múltiples stakeholders: Marketing, Brand, IT Global, agencias
