About the Role As a Recruiter , you will play a key role in the hiring process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for different roles across the company. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the recruiting operations team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Responsibilities Post and manage job openings across multiple platforms Source and screen candidates through databases, job boards, and networking Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate pipelines Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the process Qualifications English level: B2 or higher (spoken and written) 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably high-volume hiring Knowledge of sourcing strategies and interview techniques Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proactive, detail-oriented, and team player What We Offer Full-time, permanent position with professional growth opportunities Dynamic and collaborative work environment Office located in the vibrant center of Medellín Competitive salary aligned with experience and skills Ready to empower your career and help us build high-performing teams?
