Descripción del puesto
Como Diseñador/a de Programas de Formación en CELYA, serás responsable de desarrollar y gestionar programas de capacitación para nuestros equipos y usuarios. Tus tareas incluirán analizar necesidades formativas, diseñar materiales de capacitación y gestionar plataformas de aprendizaje. Este es un puesto de tiempo completo, presencial, ubicado en nuestra oficina en Bogotá, D.C.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en el diseño de programas de formación y análisis de necesidades formativas.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en desarrollo de capacitaciones y gestión de sistemas de aprendizaje.
  • Dominio de metodologías de diseño instruccional y herramientas digitales para la creación de contenidos.
  • Se valorará contar con capacidad para trabajar en equipo, buenas habilidades comunicativas y una actitud proactiva para proponer soluciones innovadoras.
