Este rol garantiza que cada nuevo colegio haga una transición sin fricciones desde la firma del contrato hasta la activación, impulsando la adopción temprana, reduciendo el tiempo de generación de valor (Time-to-Value), y estableciendo la base para el éxito a largo plazo.Como miembro clave del equipo de liderazgo de Customer Success, este rol diseñará marcos de onboarding escalables, gestionará coordinadores y programas de capacitación en varios países, y colaborará estrechamente con los equipos de Producto y Operaciones para integrar el aprendizaje directamente en la plataforma de Mattilda.Funciones:Diseñar y ejecutar el marco global de onboarding y capacitación de Mattilda, segmentado por país, tipo de cliente y línea de producto.Supervisar a los coordinadores de onboarding y educación , garantizando el cumplimiento de los SLA, alta satisfacción del cliente y calidad de entrega consistente.Monitorear y optimizar métricas de activación como Time-to-Value (TTV) , finalización del onboarding y churn temprano (
