Estamos en búsqueda de un Analista de Servicio al Cliente Bilingüe (portugués) para unirse a nuestro equipo.
Responsabilidades:
- Brindar atención personalizada a clientes en portugués, ofreciendo soporte en todas las etapas de sus pedidos y órdenes de compra.
- Gestionar integralmente los pedidos: tramitación, atención de reclamaciones y resolución de incidencias.
- Apoyar en procesos de facturación y gestión de cuentas por cobrar.
- Coordinar con diferentes áreas para garantizar una experiencia satisfactoria para el cliente.
- Proponer y participar en iniciativas de mejora continua de procesos.
Requisitos:
- Formación técnica, tecnológica o estudios universitarios en curso (últimos semestres) en Administración, Psicología, Economía o áreas afines.
- Nivel básico de portugués (mínimo requerido).
- Experiencia previa en atención al cliente y gestión de pedidos.
- Conocimientos intermedios en Excel.
- Deseable experiencia en plataformas como SAP o Salesforce.
Ofrecemos:
- Contrato por obra o labor con duración entre 6 meses y 1 año.
- Horarios: lunes a viernes de 6:00 a.m. a 3:00 p.m. o de 7:00 a.m. a 4:00 p.m. (Se laboran algunos festivos en Colombia)
- Modalidad de trabajo híbrida.
