We're in search of a proactive Product Manager to lead the product view alongside our delivery team, collaborating closely with a leading automotive client across North America. Your core mission will be to guide a team with a product-led approach, focusing on initiatives that enhance the overall customer purchase experience at dealerships across brands and countries.. As a Product Manager, you'll utilize your expertise to guide a cross-functional team towards shared objectives, shaping the development of comprehensive strategies aimed at elevating our client's products. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the integration of design, strategy, and research principles into our product development process, ensuring that our digital products and solutions are user-centered, strategically aligned, and informed by data-driven insights.

- Manage the product portfolio, evaluating opportunities, prioritizing projects, and working collaboratively with other Senior - Managers to allocate resources efficiently.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Content, to ensure alignment and coherence across all design, strategy, and research initiatives.

- Partner with the Lead Product Designer to ensure that design solutions are informed by user research and aligned with strategic objectives, driving engagement and loyalty.

- Leverage insights from user research and usability studies to inform product decisions and iterate on features, conducting joint analysis of user feedback and research findings to uncover actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.

- Work close to the stakeholders to address the ongoing customer journey questions and feedback. 

- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the team, providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and key milestones, while also gathering feedback and insights to inform future iterations.

- Execution in leveraging AI to deliver efficient, business-driven solutions. 

- Stay updated on best practices in product development, technologies, and market trends.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement encouraging the exploration of new ideas and methodologies to enhance our product development process and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Product Manager (3+ years), preferably within a digital agency or tech company, with a focus on design, strategy, and research.

- Strong understanding of design, strategy, and research principles and best practices, with a track record of successfully leading initiatives that integrate these disciplines into the product development process.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels and build consensus around product decisions.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform product strategy and drive continuous improvement.

- Enthusiastic about defining and analyzing data, with a particular emphasis on feature experiments.

- Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading collaborative efforts to develop and implement product solutions.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools, with a focus on iterative development and continuous delivery.

Nice to have:

- Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing Certified).

- Bachelor's degree in design, business, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in product management is a plus.

- Experience in the automotive industry or related sectors.

- Experience with data-driven decision-making.

- Passion for design, strategy, and research, with a keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
