Vacante: Agente de Agendamiento de Citas

Tu misión será:

  • Gestionar entre 100 y 120 leads diarios de manera organizada y efectiva.
  • Atender mensajes entrantes a través de WhatsApp, Instagram y Facebook, guiando al paciente hasta lograr una cita confirmada y asistida.
  • Escuchar activamente, orientar y recomendar el tratamiento ideal según las necesidades del paciente.
  • Garantizar una experiencia cálida, clara y memorable antes, durante y después del procedimiento.
  • Realizar seguimiento oportuno para maximizar la asistencia y satisfacción del paciente.

Requisitos:

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en atención al cliente en servicios premium (salud, estética, spa, hotelería 4*, retail de lujo, entre otros).
  • Pasión genuina por la estética, el bienestar y el acompañamiento al paciente.
  • Excelente redacción y ortografía en español.
  • Actitud proactiva, orientación a resultados y vocación de servicio.
  • Deseo constante de aprender, crecer y superar metas.

Oferta económica:

  • Salario base: $ – $ COP.
  • Bonificaciones variables: desde $ hasta $ COP (sin techo).
  • Formación clínica intensiva y beneficios internos.
  • Contrato a término indefinido y estabilidad laboral.
